Orders, Delivery & Returns
Our Handcrafted Home Furniture is made in India by true artisans, from sustainable forestry resources. If the item you require is not in stock you may have a lead time of 8 to 12 weeks. This is due to the shipping time from the red sea, and the time to have the furniture handmade. (This does not mean that you will not receive your item sooner), once your order is in the manufacturing stage (it can not be cancelled) we can't offer refunds on items already in manufacture. This is due to all the expenses on wages, booking slots for shipping etc.
If you are willing to wait the lead time you will be given a real time shipping, tracking link to enable you to track your order to the warehouse for distribution. Once your product is out for delivery the transport company will email you with a tracking number and to your phone contact details you will also receive a text with tracking details.
We offer free delivery to UK- Mainland Only, USA, Canada & Europe all have free delivery. This is dependent on the product and supplier we purchase from, if we have a distribution centre in your country, City and zone you will get free delivery. Otherwise delivery will be worked out by the weight size etc.

You may encounter variations from batch to batch due to the natural material's hence if you are looking to pair products under similar room settings; YOU can opt for a bespoke order or take an informed decision about the possible variations. Large heavy products to be delivered on the pallet as a pavement/kerbside delivery. Customer needs to dispose off or use it if they wish to. For possible returns, we would require the original pallet alongside full packaging as part of returns policy.
Hand Crafted Solid Wood Products
As all our products are made from solid wood timber and are individually handcrafted; do expect minor variations in sizes, finish, fabric, texture, colour, knots, grain pattern, timber movement or specifications. These are an integral part of the natural occurrences of the timber along with rustic & handmade nature of the offered products and should NOT be constituted as defects.

- We do not offer cancellations for change of mind once the product is in production stage
- Items that do require (returns) need to be reported within 2 days of receipt, with all original packaging and labels. Any later than this then we cannot process any returns.
- Once your product is in manufacturing progress you will receive regular live updates on its progress.
- If items are out of stock they will go on a backorder process that can take 8-12 weeks. If you are not willing to wait for this handmade process, please don't place a order (contact us).
- When items are on the shipping container you will receive a live updates so you are able to see your items progress to our distribution stations.
- We only use your mobile phone number, for a text message that will be sent to you to confirm delivery date. In addition, the crew will phone when they are on-route.
- When your order has been picked for shipping you will be notified via email and text with a tracking number
WASTED DELIVERY'S!
In order to enhance the operational efficiency and cut down on the non-productive and administrative hassles of a wasted delivery, please note we have levied the below charges for the wasted delivery which will cover the following scenarios.
The first delivery attempt is absolutely free, however any subsequent delivery attempts or any changes made to the order such as re-delivery, change of address or contact details will have a charge.
This charge is counter levied onto your account as courier companies will invoice us for any changes. We will contact you and ask for the extra charge.
The courier will automatically put this product on hold at the depot for the following 3 days until the charges have been paid, and thereafter if the charges are not paid in time, the product will be returned back to our storage unit leading to additional charges. If you do not pay the charge any charges will be deducted from your funds.
The charges and service levels are as below and will be added on top of the below charges.

They must be paid PRIOR to re-scheduling the delivery.
PLEASE ENSURE YOU INCLUDE THE ORDER NUMBER FOR WHICH THE WASTED DELIVERY CHARGE IS BEING PAID AGAINST.
Change of delivery address once the order is processed – £38.00
If you have got in touch with us regarding changing a delivery address once the order has been processed or is at the local depot and has to be transferred to another depot it will require a change of delivery address fee. In the unlikely event that you cancel the order, a refund will be initiated less the change of delivery address.
Change of delivery date once the order is processed – £28.00
If you have got in touch with us regarding changing a delivery date once the order has been processed or when it’s at the local depot it will require a change of delivery date fee. In the unlikely event that you cancel the order, a refund will be initiated less the change of delivery date fee.
Return to supplier – £50.00
If your order has gone out for delivery and YOU do not accept or reject the delivery, or if the item has been at the depot for longer than 5 days with no communication then it will charge a return to supplier fee. In the unlikely event that you cancel the order, a refund will be initiated less the return to supplier fee.
Wasted delivery – £30.00
If you are not in, if the delivery has been attempted twice without successful delivery, or if there is a cancellation of a live order (other than a backorder) after it has been processed/labelled then we will have to charge a wasted delivery fee. In the unlikely event that you cancel the order, a refund will be initiated less the wasted delivery fee.
